How Mozaik collects, uses, and protects your information.

Last updated: April 2026

1. Who We Are

Mozaik Data & AI Studio ("Mozaik", "we", "us", or "our") is a data and AI consulting studio. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you visit our website at mozaikanalytics.com or contact us through our website.

If you have any questions about this policy, please contact us at admin@mozaikanalytics.com.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

Information you provide directly

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • Your full name
  • Your work email address
  • Your company name (optional)
  • The content of your message

When you book a discovery call via Calendly, Calendly collects your scheduling information directly. Please refer to Calendly's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle that data.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain usage data via Google Analytics 4, including:

  • Pages visited and time spent on each page
  • General geographic location (country or region)
  • Browser type and device category
  • Referral source (how you arrived at our website)

This data is anonymised and aggregated. We do not collect your IP address in identifiable form.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your enquiries and messages
  • Schedule and conduct discovery calls
  • Understand how our website is used so we can improve it
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in.

4. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, our legal basis for processing your personal data is:

  • Legitimate interests — to respond to your enquiry and assess whether we can help you
  • Consent — for analytics cookies, where required by applicable law
  • Legal obligation — where required to comply with applicable law

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our website. Each has its own privacy policy and data practices:

  • Google Analytics 4 — website analytics. Data is processed by Google in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We use IP anonymisation. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Web3Forms — contact form submission processing. Your form data is transmitted to Web3Forms to deliver your message to us. Web3Forms does not store your data beyond what is necessary to process the submission.
  • Calendly — appointment scheduling. When you book a call, your data is collected and processed by Calendly. Please review Calendly's Privacy Policy for full details.
  • Cloudflare Pages — website hosting and content delivery. Cloudflare processes traffic data as part of serving our website.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

Our website uses cookies to support analytics. Specifically:

  • Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics to help us understand how visitors use our website. These cookies do not identify you personally.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site tracking. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.

7. Data Retention

We retain enquiry data (name, email, message) for as long as is necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter in case of follow-up correspondence. If no engagement arises from your enquiry, we will delete your information within 12 months.

Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics' default retention settings (14 months).

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
  • Erasure — request deletion of your personal data
  • Restriction — request that we restrict processing of your data
  • Objection — object to our processing of your data on the basis of legitimate interests
  • Portability — request a machine-readable copy of data you have provided to us

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at admin@mozaikanalytics.com. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Our website is served over HTTPS. Contact form data is transmitted securely to our inbox.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. If you have concerns about sharing sensitive information, please contact us directly by email.

10. International Transfers

Our website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages, and we use services (Google Analytics, Calendly) that may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
